Pharmacy (Fiona Stanley Hospital)

The Fiona Stanley Hospital pharmacy provides a comprehensive pharmacy service, 7 days a week and is part of the broader Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group Pharmacy Service.

If you are a patient at Fremantle Hospital, read about pharmacy services at Fremantle Hospital.

Outpatient Pharmacy

The Outpatient Pharmacy is focussed on dispensing non-Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and/or highly specialised medications that are difficult to obtain from a local community pharmacy to patients who have:

  • been seen at an outpatient clinic at Fiona Stanley Hospital, or
  • a valid Fiona Stanley Hospital prescription.

Many PBS medications are also available from a local community pharmacy closer to home.

If you are unsure where to get your medication, please phone 6152 4009 to speak with an outpatient pharmacy staff member who can assist you.

Outpatient clinic staff, patients or patient representatives can take prescriptions to the Outpatient Pharmacy located off the main concourse on the ground floor of the main hospital building.

Prescriptions may be posted to the Outpatient Pharmacy for collection or delivery by courier.

If posting your prescription, please:
