Pharmacy (Fremantle Hospital)
The Fremantle Hospital pharmacy provides a comprehensive pharmacy service, 7 days a week and is part of the broader Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group Pharmacy Service.
If you are a Fiona Stanley Hospital patient, read more about pharmacy services at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
The Outpatient Pharmacy is focussed on dispensing non-Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and/or highly specialised medications that are difficult to obtain from a local community pharmacy to patients who have:
- been seen at an outpatient clinic at Fremantle or
- a valid Fremantle Hospital prescription.
Many PBS medications are also available from a local community pharmacy closer to home.
If you are unsure where to get your medication, please phone 9431 2489 to speak with an outpatient pharmacy staff member who can assist you.
