SMHS Excellence Awards

Celebrating staff who exemplify our SMHS values – Care, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Teamwork

SMHS Excellence Awards

The SMHS Excellence Awards celebrate and reward high achieving staff who exemplify the SMHS values of Care, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Teamwork in their service each and every day.

The awards align with our health service’s strategic priorities and recognise our commitment to excellent clinical care, great patient experiences, an engaged workforce, strong community partnerships and innovation.

There are 5 team awards, along with an overall winner, as well as 4 individual awards.

The SMHS Excellence Awards are open to staff working at South Metropolitan Health Service sites (Fiona Stanley Hospital, Rockingham General Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Murray District Hospital), community-based services and SMHS corporate services.

The 2023 SMHS Excellence Awards were held on Thursday 2 November 2023.
