Sexual Health
Our Sexual Health service offers a wide range of multidisciplinary services to treat, screen and educate people about sexually transmitted infections (HealthyWA).
This is a free service – a Medicare card is not required – and travellers are welcome at all clinics.
Our services include:
- testing and management of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and blood-borne viruses (Healthy WA)
- contact tracing (Healthy WA)
- counselling for sexual health related concerns (post diagnosis-of an STI such as herpes or genital warts)
- telephone information
- safe sex advice (Healthy WA)
- community education
- HIV chemoprophylaxis – PrEP/nPEP.
Please be advised sexual dysfunction services are not offered.
Christmas closure
Please note as of Tuesday 16 December, the South Terrace Clinic and outreach services at Armadale and Rockingham are closed for the Christmas period.
For urgent care please see your general practitioner (GP) or go to an emergency department.
Normal clinic and outreach services will resume the week of Monday 5 January 2026.
Please note the South Terrace Clinic will re-open in a new location in A Block at Fremantle Hospital (across the courtyard from current location). Please follow signage.
