Patient and Family Liaison Service

The Patient and Family Liaison Service helps patients, families and carers to provide feedback across Fiona Stanley and Fremantle hospitals. It also provides information, advocacy and explains patient rights.

Sharing your feedback

Feedback includes compliments, suggestions, concerns, and complaints.

All feedback is welcome and is a valuable opportunity to improve our services.
