Discomforts of pregnancy
Your body undergoes many changes during pregnancy and you may experience some of the following common pregnancy discomforts.
These can include:
- nausea and vomiting (morning sickness)
- carpal tunnel
- changes to your bladder and bowel habits
- swelling in your ankles and legs
- pelvic and lower back pain.
- Braxton Hicks contractions.
