Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group (FSFHG) provides mental health services to youth, adults and older adults.

Youth
- Youth Community and Assessment Treatment Team, a community outreach service that uses a client-centred, recovery-focused approach to youth mental health.
- Youth Hospital in the Home, which provides acute, hospital standard mental health care at home for young people aged 16 – 24 as an alternative to going to or staying in hospital.
- Youth Reach South, which provides counselling, therapy and care coordination to young people aged 13 to 24 years who experience barriers accessing mainstream services.
Adults 18 – 65 years
- Adult inpatient and community mental health patients
- Mother and Baby Mental Health Unit which treats women receiving care at Fiona Stanley Hospital for mental health issues such as depression, anxiety or psychosis in late pregnancy and during the postnatal period.
- Youth Reach South, which provides counselling, therapy and care coordination to young people aged 13 to 24 years who experience barriers accessing mainstream services.
