Audiology services across Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG) are committed to maximising the hearing health outcomes for adults, children, and their families. Read more about the Audiology service.

Inpatient referrals

The department provides inpatient services to all ward areas based on e-Referral, verbal or paged referrals.

Outpatient referrals

Written referrals must be sent to the audiology department highlighting the service required. Please note patients are prioritised on clinical need.

If referring for hearing implant assessment, please attach previous test results and hearing aids optimisation reports to the referral.
